Job Description

The Invinity team is growing rapidly, and we’re looking for people with a passion for renewable energy to join us at this remarkable point in our growth.

We are an emerging global cleantech leader; well-funded with category-leading technology. Our culture is collaborative, entrepreneurial, and one in which speaking up is encouraged and ideas are chosen on merit not who they come from.

People love working at Invinity because we know we are empowered to make a meaningful impact. We’re small enough that every team member plays a critical role in our daily business, but large enough that the batteries we build are being deployed at significant scale in landmark clean energy projects around the world.

Whether you are a cleantech veteran or looking to make a career shift, Invinity offers you a chance to work as part of an expert team located across multiple geographies, aligned in our mission to build a sustainable energy future.

Invinity is committed to providing equal opportunities in the workplace and follows a comprehensive Equal Opportunities Policy to ensure all employees are valued and can reach their full potential.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for partnering with the organization's leadership and hiring managers to attract, select, and onboard top talent. You will develop and implement talent acquisition strategies, manage the full recruitment lifecycle, and provide expertise and guidance on talent acquisition best practices. This role requires a deep understanding of the organization's goals and objectives to effectively identify and attract candidates who align with the company's culture and values.

Key Responsibilities:

Workforce Planning:

  • Conduct regular talent assessments and gap analyses to identify hiring needs and skills shortages.
  • Develop proactive recruitment strategies to ensure a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Collaborate with senior management to understand the organization's talent needs and develop strategic workforce plans.

Recruitment and Selection:

  • Utilize various sourcing channels (e.g., job boards, social media, networking, employee referrals) to attract top talent.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and participate in interview panels and provide guidance to hiring managers on interview techniques and best practices.

Employer Branding and Candidate Experience:

  • Gather feedback from candidates and hiring managers to continuously improve the recruitment experience.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and communications teams to create compelling job advertisements and recruitment materials.
  • Enhance the organization's employer brand by developing and implementing effective employer branding strategies.
  • Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Talent Acquisition Analytics:

  • Generate regular reports on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire.
  • Use data-driven insights to identify trends, make informed decisions, and implement improvements to the recruitment process.
  • Develop and maintain recruitment metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies.

Onboarding and New Hire Integration:

  • Monitor and support the integration of new employees into the organization, providing guidance and addressing any concerns.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and HR colleagues to develop comprehensive onboarding plans.
  • Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple recruitment projects and prioritize effectively.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or Talent Acquisition Specialist.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
  • In-depth knowledge of talent acquisition strategies, tools, and best practices.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., CPHR, SHRM-CP) are a plus.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), other recruitment software and HR systems.
