Senior Marketing Operations Specialist - Plex

Responsibilities

• Improve the capabilities of the marketing operations engine - revenue lifecycle, contact and account scoring, audiences and segmentation through Eloqua
• Benchmark and monitor campaign tracking and performance across the prospect and customer lifecycles, including AQLs, opportunity creation and velocity.
• Assist in manage database quality and maintain programs to cleanse and enhance our data through tools such as Eloqua, ZoomInfo and Dunn & Bradstreet
• Collaborate with marketing operations, data and architecture teams on data hygiene, systems stability, enrichment and enhancements.
• Champion marketing automation best practices, including documentation, guidance, database governance and management, training, and enablement across varied functional teams.
• Leverage insights from platform-based reporting and new functionalities in the MarTech stack to enhance the campaign experience.
• Hands-on development, execution and QA of journey-based marketing campaigns across our marketing stack. This can include asset management, audience segmentation, workflows, forms and landing pages.
• Stay current with marketing automation best practices, industry standards and compliance.
• Follow through with the marketing team, ensure that projects are delivered on time and deadlines are met using project management solutions (Workfront).
• Create and iterate on identified strategies to improve the speed to AQL to opportunity creationies

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business or related field
• Must be legally eligible to work in the country of employment without additional employer sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Eloqua, Marketo, or Pardot; Eloqua Expert preferred
• Strong data evaluation skills, with the ability to extract and interpret data from various sources to offer creative marketing solutions and business decisions.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has strong project management instincts, including the skills to accurately specify project timeframes, risks and dependencies.
• Quick learner with the ability to rapidly correlate new concepts to existing knowledge.
• Enjoys working in cross-collaborative teams with a strong sense of curiosity and capacity to both learn from and teach others.
• Able to develop strong working relationships with team members, vendors and partners, and can foster cooperation in non-hierarchical relationships.
• Proven experience building and executing on cross-channel marketing programs.
• Technically capable, excellent communicator, and a desire to improve processes.
• 2+ years experience in digital marketing, marketing automation or operations.
