Senior Logistics Coordinator, Trade Program

Rove Concepts is currently on the search for a Senior Logistics Coordinator to join our growing team. We are looking for a meticulous individual with an enthusiastic and motivated personality to help our business grow, particularly in a new business initiative, Trade (B2B) Program.

With great exposure to much of the business' operations, the successful candidate will receive a deepened knowledge and understanding of the logistics and supply chain side of the business. Kindly note that our operations are 7 days a week, including public holidays and weekends, all candidates are considered on open availability.

What you'll do:

• Demonstrating conflict resolution, problem-solving and interpersonal skills in order to help the customer service team find the best solutions for the clients
• Work together with internal teams and third-party partners in arranging the fulfillment of trade orders, projects and final-mile deliveries
• Other ad hoc duties may apply
• Work and follow up with carriers and warehouses to determine estimated shipping times and dates and relay them to related parties
• Ensuring customer service team and logistics partners have a quick response time by staying on top of your assigned ticket, with same-day ticket review
• Liaise between the customer care team members, trade/B2B clients and logistics representatives on individual files to resolve any warehouse fulfillment, shipping issues and/or inquiries
• Assist in documentation and organization of departmental information
• Monitor trade orders and projects throughout their journey, from pre-purchase until post-delivery and claims replacement if any
• Be the in-house go-to person for the Logistics team regarding processes and procedures around trade/B2B program

What you'll need:

• Able to analyze data, utilize problem-solving skills, and recommend solutions
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• A post-secondary degree, certificate, diploma or equivalent; concentration in transportation logistics, operations, project management or similar as an asset
• Personal interest in the furniture or design industry an asset
• Extreme detail-orientation and great multi-tasking skills with the ability to prioritize
• 3+ years in logistics, operations, customer service, project managementand/or in an office environment
• An interest in Logistics of an eCommerce business;
• Able to balance being self-managed and being part of a team
