SENIOR EXECUTIVE FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT AND OPERATIONS (CFO,VICE PRESIDENTOF FINANCE, SENIOR DIRECTOR OF FINANCE): - RESPONSIBILITIES:

Due to the recentexponential growth in the last five years ,our client, a Successful Expanding National Canadian Retail Organization, based in Quebec ,have granted us the mandate to

seek and find “SENIOR EXECUTIVE FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT AND OPERATIONS –

WHATTHIS POSITION IS ALL ABOUT:

- Act as executive advisor and right hand to the President on all financial operational and working efficiency matters.

- Leads the corporate development team in Canada, the U.S. and internationally.

- Execute the company's financial strategy

- Monitor investments and measure financial performance.

- Ensure full transparency of the company's financial performance.

- Establish financial policies, procedures, controls and reporting systems.

- Manage financial controls and accounting procedures.

- Develop and maintain internal reporting practices.

- Oversee all finance/banking reports, schedules and financial statements.

- Responsible for employees related to accounts payable (merchandise, non-merchandise and rental) and accounts receivable management, accounting, payroll, planning and analysis and loss prevention.

- Management of foreign exchange contracts.

- Prepare/control cash flow statements.

- Propose action plans to ensure annual financial targets are met.

YOU ALSO HAVE (Experience/ Qualifications/ Skills Needed)

• A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or other related fields
• Experience in finance in a Retail Organization is a Must
• Familiarity with common productivity tools and various financial and reporting software
• 7+ years experience as a Senior Executive in Finance in a Retail Company or a CFO role in a Retail Organization.
• 7+ years experience as a Senior Executive in Finance in a Retail Company company or a CFO role
• CPA license or an MBA would be an asset
• Strong leadership, time management, collaboration, communication, and presentation skills
• Strong business acumen
• Strong accounting, analytical, budget management, and financial modeling skills

AS THE SENIOR EXECUTIVE FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT AND OPERATIONS, YOU Will:

• Prepare and review technical based analysis, projections, forecasts and models
• Conduct regular meetings with President and Executive Team to review results and prepare business plans as well as attend meetings with brokers, bankers, investors and venture capitalists
• Identify competitive issues and performance indicators on both a macro and micro level specific to the target market
• Be part of a world-classteam and senior Executives; work with an adventurous spirit; think and act like an owner-operator

• Identify innovative ways to deliver added value to clients; ensure client needs are met and relationships grow and develop
• Manage engagement planning and scheduling as well as project financials (budgets, WIP, timely billing, collection, variance recognition)
• Network in the local business community, consider business development opportunities and lead the preparation and delivery of competitive proposals to meet client needs
• Mentor, motivate and coach team members towards professional and personal development by setting clear expectations
• Maintain high quality control and apply specialized knowledge to anticipate, identify and address issues or key risks relevant to the client’s business
• Design and develop high-quality deliverables including engagement letters, reports, presentations and correspondence
• Lead the proposal, planning and execution of corporate finance engagements including researching and identifying new markets; managing merger, acquisition and divestiture processes
