What will you work on?


The Senior Digital PM / Producer is an advocate of process and methodology who oversees the production and delivery process of all digital content. Working with multiple cross-functional teams, the Senior Digital Producer will act as a brand champion who helps support stakeholder relationships and communication in the development and execution of digital content (video, design, and web). Leading several medium to large digital content campaigns, the Senior Digital Producer will efficiently take advantage of internal creative resources, external freelancers and agency partners ensuring on-scope, on-time, and on-budget delivery.


How will you create impact?


  • Provide leadership to Digital Producers, Editors and Designers.
  • Manage vendors, partners and third-party relationships.
  • Responds and delivers to project requests in a service-oriented manner and communicates to content team members.
  • Communicate clearly across projects and people; discuss scope, timing, and manage expectations of stakeholders, peers, and project resources.
  • Collaborate with internal key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle ensuring project deliverables are on brand strategy. Monitor adherence to project approvals, scheduling, time, and financial management policies.
  • Create and manage project plans and project production schedules.
  • Establish a clear path of owners and next steps.
  • Track and manage schedules with the authority to reallocate resources due to workloads, and best fit talent-to-task.
  • Partner with GBU GBT, USM and COE leads to manage Spring and Fall digital content programs across multiple channels.
  • Enforce a streamlined workflow. Identify best practices and develop new systems, processes and tools
  • Project manage multiple digital projects concurrently from ideation to execution (video, design and web).
  • Secures access to production needs including but not limited to production agencies, talent, set designers, production crew and additional resources as needed.


What are your skills and experience?


  • Preferred: PMP Certification (or working towards accreditation)
  • Experience partnering with digital and media teams to deliver scaled programs
  • Experience with communicating high-level strategy and technical details across teams, locations, and organizations
  • 6+ years of relevant experience working in a digital company, agency, or studio


Please note it is a maternity leave replacement (12-months contract)
