You will be responsible for development of CIBC’s Private Wealth Digital strategy, supporting both front end user experience and back end capabilities that align to business objectives.
In this role, you will be responsible for the creation and ongoing management of the strategy roadmap including technical capabilities, customer journey mapping, competitive and industry analysis and best practices. You will develop a deep understanding of each client segment, their needs and their use of our products/services. You will lead strategic ideation sessions with cross functional teams to identify key needs, requirements and opportunities as well as provide digital strategy expertise to assist team members with campaign development. This will include supporting the briefing, and manage execution for some key projects.
Additionally, you will also own the development and ongoing management of Private Wealth and CIBC Asset Management content distribution strategy. Creation of framework on ongoing measurement to determine the right types of content are distributed across the most effective channels including web, email, social, Public Relations. Working closely with Content teams, provide recommendations on types of content and distribution strategy based on data driven insights.

- You can demonstrate experience in strategic planning, client journey mapping and content distribution management, and a working knowledge of SEO, SEM, email and Analytics. You have6 – 8 years+ of experience in digital marketing strategy and / or content strategy and management. It’s an asset if you have experience in implementing / using marketing technology, such as SalesForce Marketing Cloud, Adobe, Google.
- You have a degree/diploma in Digital Marketing or related field.
