About the role
Cyncly is currently looking for a Senior Advisor Compensation and Benefits to join our global HR team. Reporting to the Manager, Compensation, Benefits and HR system, you will support the human resources team with all Compensation and Benefits related activities. As the expert for Compensation & Benefits in Cyncly, you will drive our policies and processes globally.
Main Responsibilities
- Design and implement a job architecture through the organization
- Conduct the compensation module implementation in Oracle HCM cloud.
- Manage global benefits renewal
- Support compensation benchmarking activities (internal equity, external competitiveness)
- Completes external salary and benefits surveys. Conducts analysis of survey results and prepares recommendation
- Conduct the annual global compensation processes (Salary review, Performance review and Bonus program)
- Provides strategic consultation and advice to the Chief People and Culture Officer, senior leadership team as well as to the People team regarding compensation policies and processes.
Required Skills and Experience
- Experience working in an international environment across multiple time zones
- Strong expertise in Excel (Tables Pivot, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, etc.) with ability to manage large amount of data
- Experience with HR technologies (Oracle HCM is an advantage)
- Analysis of various reports to reconcile data or solve problems.
- Ability to develop validation tools and reports to ensure data quality.
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Compensation or Finance and 7-10 years relevant experience in compensation and benefits
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and in French required, any additional language is considered as an asset
