Job Description

Job Title: New Graduate Developer

Client: Elite Trading Firm

Exceptional Salary: Up to $100,000 + bonus and benefits

Location: Montreal (with all subsequent the social benefits!)


I am working on a graduate role for one of the largest algorithmic trading firms! Backed by the highest tier investors and wanting a graduate! They have a strong belief in solid training, junior exposure and responsibility from the start.


Role (A full spec is available):

  • Improving execution logic – working with the leading developers and trading experts
  • Trusted with critical trades – troubleshooting, understanding protocol, improving setup
  • Hugely varied – fresh projects without the repetition
  • Maximizing PnL – strong responsibility


Successful applicants will have come from the following:

  • Computer Science degree (2.1 or above from a top tier university)
  • Personality!
  • Good communication and strong team work abilities
  • Programming experience (C++, Python, Java)
  • *Bonus!!* - solidity or rust
  • Curiosity about DeFi
