Sales Representative – Eastern Region

Reports to: District Sales Manager - Eastern Region


Summary: This position will be responsible for uncovering and securing new opportunities and business in Montréal and the surrounding areas.


Location: Montréal


Responsibilities


  • Probe and identify the top territory accounts and their revenue potential.
  • Conduct in-depth research on various applications and develop a viable business plan to support them.
  • Responsible for customer relationship management to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Segmentation of different applications versus clientele.
  • Analyze customer needs and develop an account management plan.
  • Timely completion of all sales administration.
  • Establish an annual sales budget and achieve budget through account development.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing accounts and develop target accounts.
  • Communicate customer feedback and requirements to internal departments.


Minimum Requirements


  • 5 years’ relevant experience.
  • MS-Office, CRM tools, Share Point, Business Object.
  • Technical Degree, Masters or similar, preferably in one of the following disciplines: business engineering, mechanical, electrical, or electronic engineering or mechatronics.
  • Knowledge of customer and market structure of Industry Segment, Industry Cluster.
  • Specific knowledge in the domain of pneumatics, hydraulics, automation, electrical or electronic.
  • Fluent in English and French, excellent communication skills – verbal and written.

Résumé: Le titulaire de ce poste sera chargé de découvrir et d'obtenir de nouvelles occasions et de nouvelles affaires dans la région de Montréal et les régions avoisinantes.

Responsabilités


  • Exécution en temps voulu de toutes les tâches administratives liées aux ventes.
  • Responsable de la gestion des relations avec la clientèle afin de garantir un niveau élevé de satisfaction des clients.
  • Communiquer les commentaires et les exigences des clients aux services internes.
  • Sonder et identifier les principaux comptes du territoire et leur potentiel de revenus.
  • Maintenir des relations solides avec les comptes existants et développer des comptes cibles.
  • Établir un budget de vente annuel et atteindre le budget grâce au développement des comptes.
  • Analyser les besoins des clients et élaborer un plan de gestion des comptes.
  • Segmentation des différentes applications en fonction de la clientèle.
  • Effectuer des recherches approfondies sur diverses applications et élaborer un plan d'affaires viable pour les soutenir.


Exigences Minimales


  • Connaissance de la structure des clients et du marché du segment industriel, du cluster industrie.
  • Connaissances spécifiques dans les domaines du pneumatique, de l'hydraulique, de l'automatisation, de l'électricité ou de l'électronique.
  • MS-Office, outils CRM, SharePoint, Business Object.
  • Diplôme technique, Masters, ou similaire, de préférence dans l'une des disciplines suivantes: Ingénierie commerciale, ingénierie mécanique, électrique, électronique ou mécatronique.
  • Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français, excellentes capacités de communication - verbale et écrite.
  • 5 ans d'expérience pertinente.
