Cascadia Metals Montreal is looking to hire an entry-level warehouse worker for our warehouse. We are looking for a driven team member who shares our champion mindset and values.

Skills

• Must be able to lift comfortably up to 50 lbs.
• Strong decision-making & problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Excellent leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Acting as a role model for Cascadia Metals' standards, values and behaviours.
• Building orders
• Communicating with sales staff for day-to-day business
• Loading sheet metal onto skids
• General Material handling and housekeeping
• Shipping/Receiving
• Loading/unloading trucks
• Filling out paperwork for incoming/outgoing materials, as well as the general upkeep of the warehouse, the equipment in it and the general maintenance of the property.

Requirements

• Applicants must have steel-toe boots
• Able to read orders and complete basic paperwork
• Must be reliable and punctual
• Have a valid forklift license (Preferred)
• Must have at least 1 year of warehousing/shipping-receiving experience.

Hours of Work

7:30 am to 4:00 pm - totals of 40 hours per week
