Sales Representative Jobs

A Global Food Distributor in Montreal Airport area is looking for a French English Sales Representative to join their team. The company imports food products from Japan and supplies the products to the local restaurants and supermarkets.

Sales Representative who is bilingual in English and Japanese. Join their global team and actively engage with customer prospects as a results-driven sales representative. This entry-level position serves as an excellent starting point for those interested in exploring career opportunities in the trading or supply chain field.

Responsibilities of Bilingual (English and French) Sales:

• Initiate contact with customers through cold calling.
• Collaborate closely with the warehouse to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Expedite the resolution of customer issues and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
• Deliver products to customers in emergency situations.
• Provide customers with quotations containing terms and conditions.
• Analyze territory/market potentials, track sales, and prepare status reports.
• Perform any other assigned duties.
• Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and potential customers.
• Generate sales reports using MS Excel and the company's system, reporting customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services to Direct Managers.
• Conduct on-site visits to customers for sales activities and to maintain business relationships.
• Establish, cultivate, and nurture positive business relationships with local market.

Qualifications of Bilingual (English and French) Sales:

• Possession of a valid Driver's License with a clean record.
• Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus.
• Strong prioritization, time management, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word/Excel).
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and French.
• Associate degree in business administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent communication (speaking, writing, reading) and negotiation skills.
