We are currently seeking a compassionate and solutions-oriented Relationship Expert/Coach to join our team. In this role as a Relationship Expert/Coach, you will provide personalized one-on-one and group coaching sessions to men striving to reconcile and strengthen their romantic relationships with their partners. As part of our remote coaching approach, you will connect with clients through phone, email, and video conferencing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Educate men on the intricacies of female psychological behaviors and emotional intelligence.
• Demonstrate proficiency in effective case management through the use of a CRM system.
• Provide guidance and support to clients, promoting their psychological growth and helping them fine-tune their goals.
• Assist men in understanding the root causes of their relationship challenges, examining their own behaviors and actions.
• Facilitate effective communication between clients and their partners, helping to resolve deep-seated conflicts.
• Engage in ongoing supervision to refine your coaching skills, receive valuable feedback, and continuously improve your effectiveness.
• Deliver individual and group coaching sessions, guiding men on the path to reconciling their marriages or relationships with their wives or girlfriends.
• Conduct initial coaching onboarding calls with new clients, setting the stage for a successful coaching journey.
• Develop customized game plans tailored to each client's unique needs and relationship context.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Competency in both strategic and solution-focused coaching skills.
• Ability to maintain client confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience supporting clients during traumatic periods of life.
• Deep understanding of relationship dynamics and the common challenges faced by couples.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with clients, fostering an environment of unconditional positive regard.
• A solution-focused approach to coaching and problem-solving.
• Familiarity with "Solution-Focused," "Strategic," or "Motivational Interviewing" modalities.
• Proven experience in coaching, counseling, or therapy (previous work as a personal development or life coach, or marriage therapist is preferred but not mandatory).

Salary and Benefits:

• Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the founders of the company, gaining valuable hands-on experience within a successful startup during its scaling phase.
• The opportunity for a full-time position is available, providing avenues for professional growth and potential income advancement based on proven competence.
• The starting salary for this position ranges from $52 to $80 per hour, or a monthly equivalent, subject to negotiation based on your experience, qualifications, and demonstrated competency.
