ActionCOACH Canada, the Canadian division of the world’s largest business coaching company, is seeking an Associate Business Coach to assist with our growth in Oshawa.

THIS IS A COMMISSION-ONLY POSITION. Your compensation structure will be tied to your ability to drive revenue growth.

Here is what you need to be successful in this role:

• A strong network of contacts and the ability to strategically build new relationships.
• Previous experience in a service-related business.
• Excellent sales, marketing, and leadership skills, as well as the ability to provide solutions that contribute to the growth of your clients’ organizations.
• The desire to assist entrepreneurs in the growth of their business.

Your main responsibilities include acquiring new clients through virtual and live seminars, workshops, and events, establishing strategic relationships, and providing business coaching services to entrepreneurs and executives across various industries.
