Job Title: Client Relationship Manager
Location: Remote

We are a forward-thinking tax firm, leveraging innovative technology to provide outstanding
services to our clients remotely. We are looking for an experienced Client Relationship Manager
to build and preserve trusting relationships with our clients. We’ll rely on you to find ways to
outperform our competition and maintain our company’s positive image.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Check and respond to emails at set intervals throughout the day, ensuring all client
communication is addressed within a 24-hour timeframe (excluding weekends).
2. Track all leads and conversions meticulously, including the details of the service provided and
the price agreed upon.
3. Respond to and interact with all leads within 24 hours.
4. Proactively address potential client dissatisfaction, escalating issues as necessary to avoid
conflict.
5. Allocate an hour daily to training, professional development, and staying updated with tax
industry trends.
6. Ensure equitable treatment of leads irrespective of payment amount.
7. Attend all scheduled meetings, or notify in advance if unable to do so.
8. Dress professionally and maintain a visible presence during all virtual meetings with clients.
9. Understand and accurately apply our pricing structure for clients.
10. Be proficient in the presentation of our tax planning and financial service offerings.
11. Seek knowledge assertively, arranging meetings with team members to clarify uncertainties.
12. Collaborate with a lead preparer throughout tax season, attending at least 10 lead preparer
training for cross-training.
13. Commit to availability during your set hours.
14. Ensure all client communications are accurately recorded in Trello.
15. Update your weekly schedule by 9am CST every Monday.
Requirements:
1. Minimum of 2 years sales experience.
2. Excellent attention to detail.
3. Willingness to understand U.S. tax law.
4. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
5. Proficiency in note-taking.
