Regional Sales Manager, Alberta

They have helped hundreds of customers with large and small operations to offer a comprehensive equipment solution designed to handle demanding applications.

About the role: Regional Sales Manager, Alberta

• Engage and build relationships with key stakeholders and conduct regular face-to-face meetings to strengthen and grow partnership
• Manage complex sales opportunities from end to end with deals that range from $500K-$5M in value
• This role will require 25% overnight travel
• Responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expansion goals within new and existing accounts
• Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and attend relevant industry events and tradeshows to build brand awareness
• Based out of a home office, you will play a crucial role in expanding revenue and market share within the agriculture, construction, and mining industry across Alberta

Compensation

• Uncapped commission paid out monthly
• Company vehicle provided + gas card + travel expenses covered
• 3 weeks vacation
• Comprehensive health & dental benefits
• Base salary + guaranteed commission during first 6 months of ramp up

Requirements for Consideration

• Highly independent and self-driven to work autonomously
• MUST have relevant industry experience and have sold equipment in the past
• Ability to strategically manage a large territory and build out an effective plan for YOY growth
• Demonstrated track record in new business acquisition and growing revenue within existing accounts
