What You Would Do in This Role

The receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors to Vista’s offices, and provides general administrative support to Vista personnel. Duties include:

• Sending out internal communications
• Assisting the Facilities department with event coordination
• Performing other duties as requested
• Managing access card provision
• Inventory and orders of office supplies
• Providing administrative support as required
• Processing invoices for payment
• Organizing office space
• Providing reception coverage, including greeting clients and visitors
• Ensuring compliance with Vista’s Access / Security policies
• Answering a multi-line phone system
• Managing couriers
• Updating internal documents

Requirements

• Positive and friendly attitude
• Experience with MS Office software, including Excel, Word and Outlook
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Focus on detail and conscientiousness
• Self-starter and the ability to work both in a team environment and independently
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to deal with all clients, both internal and external
• Technical savvy

Preferred

• Undergraduate degree in a business field (Management, Human Resources, Economics, Finance)
