Our company is looking for a dedicated Receptionist to

greet clients as well as assist in completing required office

functions. When our clients walk into our showroom, we want them to

find a friendly, smiling face to guide them. Whomever is calling the

dealership, we want to them to hear a positive and congenial voice

assisting. The ideal candidate has excellent communication and

multitasking skills, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.

Some Of The Position’s Responsibilities Are

 * Greet all visitors to the dealership in a professional and

courteous manner and assist them in their enquiry.

 * Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls in a timely

manner and directing calls to required parties.

 * Handle mail and couriers.

 * Support with presentations and the preparation of documentation.

 * Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is tidy and well kept.

 * Administrative duties include filing, faxing, printing, scanning,

data entry, document imaging, etc.

Position Requirements

 * A positive, friendly attitude combined with a commitment to

providing excellent customer service.

 * Able to take initiative on whatever the task is.

 * Detail oriented and thorough.

 * Outstanding communication skills, oral and written, combined with a

professional demeanor.

 * Prior experience in the similar roles is welcomed, but not a

requirement to apply.
