Job Description
Select is looking to build our pools of Receptionists in the Lethbridge and surrounding area. If you are looking for temporary assignments or would like to be the first to know when a permanent position becomes available, we would like to meet you!

Compensation & Hours


  • The rate of pay will be $18-$22/hr., depending on the position


Position Summary


  • Scanning, faxing, copying, mailing, filing, & printing documents
  • Answering phones in a friendly and professional manner
  • Accurately and efficiently transcribing, formatting, inputting, and editing documents
  • Responding to and directing emails or phone calls
  • Greeting and directing traffic
  • Scheduling appointments


Required Qualifications


  • Exceptional phone and email etiquette
  • Ability and willingness to work in a team setting
  • Strong multi-tasking skills with a high attention to detail
  • Ability to think critically and work independently, but not afraid to ask for help
  • 1 - 2 years of previous experience in an administrative or customer service role considered an asset
  • Must have intermediate computer skills including MS Office, Word, and Excel
  • Confidence in learning new software/processes in a timely fashion


Bonus Points For


  • Administrative Office Professional Certificate or similar diploma
  • Post-secondary education
