Job Description

Are you a Receptionist with previous Accounting firm experience who is looking for a company that values its team and offers exceptional workplace culture & mentorship? If so, then this is an excellent opportunity to join our client, a well-established professional accounting firm located in Newmarket that provides audit, accounting and tax services, as well as business advisory services, to a wide range of clients in a variety of industries including the not-for-profit sector.


Responsibilities include, but not limited to:


  • Answering and directing phone calls.
  • Editing financial statements, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
  • Greeting and assisting clients in a warm and welcoming manner, ensuring a seamless end to end service.
  • Handling sensitive information in a highly confidential manner.
  • Performing administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, accounts payable etc.
  • Typing letters and reports on behalf of professional staff.


Qualifications:


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrate strong work ethics.
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Good typing skills.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy, and confidentiality concerning client files and records.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • A passion for providing an exemplary client experience.
  • Experience with Caseware, and Caseview.
