5-10years experience building control panels and field wiring.

Experience on CSA and IEC standards.

Read and interpret electrical & pneumatic drawings, diagrams, specifications, work orders, or reports.

Inspect wiring installations, assemblies, and circuits using appropriate tools like multi-meter, torque drivers, etc.

Build wiring harnesses according to drawing, schematic and work procedure requirements (routing boards).

Perform soldering work according to work procedures and drawing and schematic standards and requirements.

Perform manual or mechanical braiding according to work order requirements.

Read and interpret drawings, schematics and electromechanical assembly diagrams.

Crimp different types of wires and cables of various dimensions using different contacts, lugs and splices.

Install cables, wiring harnesses and sub-assemblies according to markers, cabling diagrams and cabinet drawings.

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Physical Requirements and Work Conditions:

Assemble parts according to Bill of Material, Bill of Operations, engineering drawings and any other related controlled documents.

Experience in assembly of many complex and diverse products

Prepare the assembly station as per requested on the production order slip

Test and verify that the lock works properly as per specifications

Repair the defective locks by reassembling them or by replacing some of the parts

Identify the defective components and complete the reject report

Report difficulties and malfunctions or deviations on the assembly line

Perform touch ups as needed

Work as part of a team

TH and SMT techniques required

Able to understand written French

Meeting schedule and production requirements.

Very experienced with hand tools/ power tools for drilling, countersinking, torquing, installing (fasteners, hi-lites).

Very experienced to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings (2D and 3D). Sub-assemblies, sheet metal assembly, mechanical assembly, etc.

Past experience within an aerospace or manufacturing environment.

4 to 6 years experience in Aircraft Assembly is required.

Sheet Metal Fabrication Course, Aerospace Structures Course or Aeronautical Technology Education or similar.

WHMIS training and Occupational Health and Safety Certifications are assets.

Cutting and maintaining the helthy growth of plants and grass

Pruning shrubs, trimming bushes and adding fertilizer to maintain growth

Cutting grass regularly to maintain 2" height

Maintaining garden beds through edging and weeding

Physical ability to carry out the duties of the position.

Must have intermediate computer skills including MS Office, Word, and Excel

The rate of pay will be $18-$22/hr., depending on the position

Keen ability to strictly follow PC assembling requirements and identify and validate a large number of checkpoints during the assembly process.

Basic mathematical capabilities with an understanding of tolerances/sizes.

Assembly experience in a related industry.

1-3 Years of practical experience as a computer technician.

Strong skills in organization, communication and technical troubleshooting.

Assemble specialized computers and peripherals that includes Small, Tiny and Mini PC computers.

Time management, organization, and adaptability skills.

1+ year of cabinetry experience.

Prior experience in assembling kitchen cabinets is considered an asset.

Knowledge of Workplace Hazardous Materials Information Systems (WHMIS) is considered an asset.

Knowledge of safe lifting and handling techniques.

Effective written and oral communication skills.

Grade 12 education or equivalent experience.

Know and understand workplace health and safety rights and responsibilities;

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, and the ability to adjust focus.

Apply thread sealant and Loctite to threaded fittings and pipe;

Follow proper detailing procedure/work instructions;

Proper use of the sandblaster;

Perform a variety of repetitive manual tasks like testing and packaging.

Read and understand schematics and blueprints.

Use hand tools or machines to assemble parts.

Clean and maintain work area and equipment, including tools.

Schedule: Monday – Thursday 7:30 am – 4:30 pm; Friday 7:30 am – 2:00 pm

On a bus route in Aurora

1 to 2 years relevant manufacturing experience

Aptitude to assemble complex equipment, install wiring, strong working knowledge of hand tools.

Mechanical and electrical parts assembly

Read and interpret mechanical drawings, work instructions and specifications.

Follow all applicable safety procedures and practices safe work habits.

Organized with attention to detail.
