Your New Company
Our client, a recognized professional services firm, is looking to hire a Receptionist to join their Edmonton office. This is on-site contract role for 2 months with possibility to get into a permanent role.
Your Responsibilities
Answer calls for all of western Canada
Be able to look up policies in the system and direct calls a necessary
Manage any walk ins
Manage incoming mail daily, open, scan & send
Send out any courier mail each day
