Publications Review Coordinator - 100% Remote

Responsibilities:

• Proofread documents coming through Publications Review to ensure that requested changes have been implemented correctly.
• Coordinate with content creators to ensure that they are following established processes.
• Support marketing operations team with managing Wrike access
• Coordinate with a variety of internal stakeholders and SMEs to efficiently move documents through the Publications Review Process.

What you will need to succeed:

• Excellent interpersonal skills: must be able to consult, influence and negotiate with people from diverse backgrounds and levels throughout the organization
• Wrike platform experience is mandatory
• You thrive on small details and the ability to work on several projects simultaneously
• Attention to detail
• Highly organized and focused multi-tasker with strong attention to detail, analytical and project management skills, and can work independently within a team
