Job Description

Publications Review Process & Operations Specialist


Duration: 3 months to start

Location: Remote


Role Mandate:

  • To ensure that all PRP documents submitted are being reviewed and compliant working with Wrike
  • Support our team to ensure that all documents within the PRP process are error-free and meet standards.
  • You will work with content creators and internal SMEs to review and make changes to documents and ensure that they are stored correctly. You will also help educate users on how to move documents through the PRP process smoothly.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are an important criteria for Publications Review Process.


Must Haves:

  • Coordinate with content creators to ensure that they are following established processes.
  • 2+ years of experience as aPRPspecialistproofreading documents coming throughPublications Reviewto ensure that requested changes have been implemented correctly.
