Project Manager / Estimator

Foothills is looking for a full-timeProject Manager /Estimatorto join our team. The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic, detail orientated individual with excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to work in a busy team environment.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Project evaluations and assessment of results
• Prepare project cost analysis; identify labor, material, and time requirements
• Assembles and coordinates project staff
• Liaise, consult and communicate with clients
• Quality assurance
• Lead the planning and implementation of project
• Manages project timelines, budget and resource allocation
• Prepare and provide take-off’s / estimates by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents
• Support and effectively communicate with internal operations team

Qualifications:

• Proficient in MS Excel; MS Word;
• High attention to detail, ability to multitask and work under pressure;
• Self-motivated, positive attitude, able to work in a group dynamic
• Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings and specifications
• Experience in project management or equivalent
• Ability to prepare take-off, scheduling and estimating packages; Database management

Experience:

• Project Management: Minimum three (3) years
• Estimating: Minimum three (3) years
• Construction: Minimum three (3) years
