Objective of this position
· 1+ years’ Estimation experience.
· 1+ years+ Customer Service experience.
· Understand the construction side of business.
· Previous experience in windows and doors considered an asset.
· Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
· Exercise sound judgment, solve problems, be innovative, and use discretion
· Continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times
· Comfortable working with a high-volume workload.
· Solution focused and you thrive in an environment which demands robust deliverables.
· Strong work ethic, action oriented and desire to achieve excellence.
· High comfort level working in a faste-paced team environment that is constantly changing.
· Attention to detail, organized with the ability to multitask and meet multiple deadlines.

Estimation & Ordering
· Prepare detailed and accurate quotations from drawings, specifications
· Place orders into CX, send files to scheduling department, and coordinate with scheduling as required.
· Communicate order information to all relevant parties.
· Accurately prepare and provide proposal presentation to the account representative
· Respond to all requests in a timely manner.
· Work collaboratively with other departments to optimize efficiency
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge on all product and services offered.
Customer Service
· Act as the main point of contact for volume builders, offering product selections as needed.
· Take payment information and other pertinent information.
· Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and in person.
· Address customer, team member communications in a timely and professional manner.
