About This Team
The Global Brand Experience Operations Team is responsible for creating, managing, and driving the process and delivery of seasonal stories, brand campaigns, experiences, and environments that bring the lululemon brand to life for our guests across all touchpoints. In partnership with the four functional leaders of Brand Experience, and in service of a clear and engaging guest experience, this team focuses on ensuring a consistent, on-brief, and on-time delivery of our global vision for brand and product stories and experiences across retail stores, ecomm, and events.
a day in the life

• Facilitate post-project wrap-ups, learnings & appreciations, ensure reporting & optimizations are being actioned
• Improve overall ways of working by creating and maintaining workflows, processes, RACIs, and other operational resources, to improve efficiency and standards of operation within the Retail Brand Experience organization
• Engage and align team and stakeholders to understand process, timelines, dependencies, roles and responsibilities and measures of success
• Track and manage large budgets, collaborating with budget owners to facilitate delivery projects on budget
• Work closely with Strategy, Creative and Agency partners to understand their vision and support in bringing it to life from brief through delivery
• Foster vendor relationships
• Develop detailed project plans (process, timeline, budget), working directly with cross-functional teams (Brand, Visual Merchandising & Styling, Regional teams) and external vendors/agencies
• Lead large cross-functional teams in the creation and execution of global brand experiences in physical retail environments
• Lead and track multiple workstreams and projects at a time, supporting the Retail Brand Experience team in prioritizing work, managing risk, and staying on track

Qualifications

• Ability to juggle changing priorities while maintaining a positive attitude
• Experience working with multi-disciplinary brand, marketing, creative teams, and diverse business stakeholders
• Track record of successfully delivering large projects from start to finish on time and within budget
• 5-7 years of experience as a project manager in the following areas: brand/marketing/retail/agency
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field is preferred
• PMP certification a bonus
• Experience working with Excel, Teams, Smartsheet and other project management tools
• Efficient, confident and highly effective communicator, both written and verbal
