Experience working with Excel, Teams, Smartsheet and other project management tools

5-7 years of experience as a project manager in the following areas: brand/marketing/retail/agency

Lead large cross-functional teams in the creation and execution of global brand experiences in physical retail environments

Engage and align team and stakeholders to understand process, timelines, dependencies, roles and responsibilities and measures of success

Track and manage large budgets, collaborating with budget owners to facilitate delivery projects on budget

Experience working with multi-disciplinary brand, marketing, creative teams, and diverse business stakeholders

2+ years of experience in digital advertising design or related field

Creative experience at a media/marketing agency and proficiency in a graphic design software is an asset

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for creativity

Proactively informing, consulting, and aligning with relevant teams on incorporating pre-established creative guidelines and following through on the approval process

Reviewing all incoming creative for approval or revision

Uploading approved creative into the ad platform or passing to ad ops for deployment
