The individual we seek will have a successful track record in retail fashion management with 3 or more years of retail fashion management experience. He/she will be able to describe his/her challenges and successes in leading and coaching a team, serving a fashion clientele and growing sales. QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
Success as a Customer Experience Manager, as an Assistant Store Manager, Assistant Manager or
Store Manager in a retail ladies apparel environment in a specialty retail chain or a department store.
Passionate on fashion; up on all the latest trends.
Love serving and building a fashion clientele.
A believer in building a clientele based on client knowledge and understanding each client's unique fashion needs.
Proven leadership and success coaching and developing others.
COMPENSATION:
Excellent base salary - commensurate with experience, plus incentive and benefits.
40K to 50K per annum plus incentive plus benefits and employee discount on clothing.
