A successful fashion retailer seeks to engage, immediately, a dynamic Store Manager to lead the charge and motivate a strong customer service and sales team with a mandate to serve and expand a discriminating fashion clientele. The individual we seek will have a successful track record in retail fashion management (including shoes or jewelry) with 3 or more years of retail fashion management experience. He/she will be able to describe his/her challenges and successes in leading and coaching a team, serving a fashion clientele and growing sales. Desiring a career in retail fashion management and aspiring to work for the best are key drivers for success in this role.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

Success as a Store Manager in a retail ladies apparel environment in a specialty retail chain or a department store.

Success as an Assistant Store Manager in a high volume retail fashion store. High volume would be annual sales volume in excess of $2 million per year.

Passionate on fashion; up on all the latest trends.

Love serving and building a fashion clientele.

A believer in building a clientele based on client knowledge and understanding each client's unique fashion needs.

Proven leadership and success coaching and developing others.
