The Brand Experience department is a core function of the Brand Marketing organization, with a sharp focus on elevating an inspired understanding of the brand and product stories that underpin and uniquely define lululemon across multiple platforms. Comprised of the core functions of Digital Brand Experience, Retail Brand Experience, Store Design and Event Experience, this team is redefining digital and physical brand experiences by providing strategic design for the online-to-offline journeys that serve our guests and drive sales. The Retail Brand Experience Team is specifically responsible for developing the physical brand and product experience through two core functions: Visual Merchandising & Styling and In-Store Marketing.

a day in the life: what you’ll do
- Create and deliver directives and toolkits to enable store execution and ensure consistency across the market
- Partner closely with visual merchandising, brand creative, brand marketing, merchandising, store innovations, and other key stakeholders to manage 365 + seasonal calendar
- Scale the Global in-store marketing (ISM) strategy and direction for all major 365 + seasonal product/brand priorities and strategic imperatives across the North America store portfolio
- Develop, scale and deliver the ISM 365 + seasonal brand storytelling journey
- Assist in the direction and execution for high profile doors across NA
- Manage external vendor relationships, workback schedules, production, delivery, install and removal
- Strong understanding of select applications e.g. Adobe Suite, Microsoft, Smartsheet
- Experience working in retail, apparel experience preferred
- If immigration support required:
- Experience working with vendors and managing budgets + deadlines
- 5+ years experience in retail brand marketing or visual merchandising
- Undergraduate Degree in Brand Marketing, Communication, or Merchandising preferred
- Bachelors degree in related field.
- Several years experience in marketing/advertising/e-business.
- Communicate with honesty and kindness and create the space for others to do the same.
