Position Overview
This is a Senior Program Manager position for the Platform team within the Product Design and Manufacturing Solutions (PDMS) organization. This team defines and builds the software platform that the Fusion 360 family of products is built upon. The mission of the group is to drive developer productivity, device independence and consistency. We are on a multi-year journey to disrupt the Design to Manufacture world with Fusion 360 by delivering un-precented value and converging workflows with cloud-based technology. We are rapidly combining many world-leading technologies and teams into the Fusion 360 family. 
The Senior Program Manager will help our Platform teams deliver our vision with high transparency and efficiency by providing strong program leadership, elevating agility, and improving processes. The ideal candidate is adaptable, self-motivated, and eager to solve problems with both curiosity and tenacity. They will be a change agent that’s an effective communicator, comfortable with ambiguity, and passionate about helping teams identify and achieve their goals.
Responsibilities

• Hands on, end-to-end, management of concurrently running programs that vary in maturity and complexity
• Facilitate initiative, program, and project-level status meetings
• Provide strong, tactful, oversight and support throughout the lifecycle to ensure teams are progressing towards milestone targets
• Lead events (e.g., Communities of Practice, Scrum of Scrums, demos and project retrospective events) that support cross-functional team effectiveness
• Collaborate using tools such as Slack, Confluence, etc.
• Identify process gaps or inefficiencies and collaborate with stakeholders to implement improvements that will increase efficiency and accuracy
• Proactively manage risks and inform stakeholders of potential impacts
• Regularly and reliably communicate project progress to stakeholders within and outside of the program teams
• Champion agile practices (e.g., coaching, planning, retrospectives, etc.) and improve inefficient processes using a flexible approach to establish optimal solutions
• Effectively collaborate with cross-functional team members consisting of business (e.g., Product Managers) and technical stakeholders (e.g., Technical Program Managers, Product Owners, Engineering Managers, etc.) to build clear, Agile, plans and establish milestones
• Administer project tools (e.g., Jira, Airtable, etc.), control workflows, and lead integrations with other projects
• Drive adoption planning and execution activities for platform technologies, standards, and best practices

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science or a related field
• 3+ years as a dedicated Agile Leader, Coach or Scrum Master
• Experience with Jira and Confluence 
• Able to travel as required (less than 25%)
• Ability to leverage technical tools to scale programs and solutions
• Effective communication to broad audiences
• Extensive experience working with business and technical stakeholders on complex initiatives involving multiple software engineering teams, in a fast-paced environment, using Agile methodologies
• Desire to continue to learn and challenge yourself
• 8+ years of experience as a Program Manager
• Detailed driven with excellent problem-solving abilities
• Zeal for process and operational excellence

The Ideal Candidate

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black belt certification is a plus
• Is responsive, flexible, and able to succeed within an open collaborative peer environment
• Proactively establishes relationships with stakeholder and manages their expectations
• Agile Practitioner, Leadership or Coaching certification is a plus
• Possesses the technical expertise and business acumen required to influence your leaders and peers
• Enjoys operating as ’equal partners’ with Product Managers, Technical Program Managers, Product Owners, Engineering Leaders, Architects, and Experience Designers
