Bev Platform Program Manager Jobs

For class wide configuration management; and

Work closely with the Combat Systems Program Manager, and ILS Program Manger, who hold complementary responsibilities across Combat Systems and ILS

Perform Program Management activities in your area of responsibility such as (but not limited to):

Program management, monitoring and guiding platform system sustainment activities to ensure the best VCS program outcomes

Chair bi-monthly Platform Systems focused Risk Management Board reviews

Manage the development and upkeep of processes and work instructions essential to the conduct of your responsibilities

5 + years program management experience, including consistent application of agile project management and change management methodologies and tools

Strong experience with risk management/mitigation of large, complex initiatives

Powerful, concise and effective communication and presentation skills to all levels of management and external parties

Ensure the timely identification and management of program risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop mitigation plans as required

Manage program communications, including progress reporting, issue escalation, and stakeholder engagement

Experience leading Scrum of Scrums, and other agile ceremonies

Hands on, end-to-end, management of concurrently running programs that vary in maturity and complexity

8+ years of experience as a Program Manager

Enjoys operating as ’equal partners’ with Product Managers, Technical Program Managers, Product Owners, Engineering Leaders, Architects, and Experience Designers

Proactively manage risks and inform stakeholders of potential impacts

Detailed driven with excellent problem-solving abilities

Experience with Jira and Confluence 

Engage business stakeholders (e.g., Product Management, Go-to-Market, etc.) to maintain strategy, priority, and requirements alignment

Hands on, end-to-end, Program Management from design to delivery

Drive alignment of cross-organizational initiatives through planning, dependency management and impediment removal

5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, Technical Product Manager, or Product Owner

Developed or maintained effective Incident Management processes

Is proactive in stakeholder management and establishing relationship with end-users

1+ years of social media management and content distribution experience

Strong communication and creative/storytelling skills

Develop a content strategy to grow Goalcast’s channels on Snapchat

Monitor analytics, audience sentiment, social media trends, platform tools, features and monetization

Report on learnings translated into actionable insights for distribution, editorial and content teams

Identify opportunities on the platform and make recommendations
