We’re hiring a full time Product Quality Manager to oversee product quality and reliability activities at CoolIT. You will be responsible for reliability, failure analysis and testing. In addition to coaching a team of quality and reliability engineers, you will write test plans, oversee execution of test activities and write 8D reports. Additionally, you will be presenting findings to customers when needed.

Reporting to the Director of Product Quality, this is an excellent opportunity for an independent and experienced quality leader who strives to quality excellence and wants to contribute to the future of scalable computer cooling solutions.

The Role:

• Lead and develop a team of quality and reliability engineers

• Lead failure analysis initiatives while cross-collaborating with other departments

• Write and oversee test plans related to failure analysis

• Analyze data and consolidate test results to find root causes

• Write 8D reports and present to customers when needed

Your Experience:

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in quality or reliability function

• MS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

• Leadership experience

• 8D/Fishbone/FA experience

• Work in a fast-paced technology company on projects that sometimes involve a lot of unknown or fast changing requirements
