Product Manager – Scaling AgTech SaaS Platform

The Job

As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in scaling an award-winning AgTech SaaS product to customers globally. Working closely with the Director of Product, a Product Owner, UI/UX Designers and customers, your role is to help steer new product prototypes and drive solutions to drive efficiencies in the agricultural industry.

Working end to end with lots of autonomy, you will work with users to create new feature in enhance existing ones. You will create and maintain the product road map, build the user stories and work with the product owner prioritize the backlog

You will be a lightening rod for innovation, learning from the team of 20 already in the development team, helping them to drive innovation.

The product manager will be involved with; market analysis, competitor analysis, pricing and business opportunities.

You will report to the Director of Product.

About You

You will be a product manager with experience of building a product roadmap and working with product owners to deliver amazing features from start to finish.

You will be familiar with technology solutions ideally within agriculture or logistics and any exposure to GIS systems is a massive plus.

You will need to be a user centric Product manager and have a knack for simplifying the most complex of problems

Salary

$100k - $115k CAD basic salary plus fully remote working, WFH allowance/deductions, generous PTO, private healthcare, and retirement cover.

Location

The role is remote friendly but the majority of the team are based in Calgary. Being based in Calgary is preferred but being located in Alberta or Saskatchewan is also acceptable.
