Support the development and management of sampling and analyzer budgets

5+ years’ experience in the petroleum industry working in a similar role or in the midstream business

Experience with petroleum lab analyses, instrumentation, and quality control sampling equipment (i.e., manual/composite samplers and chromatographs)

Detail-oriented, needs to discern subtle differences between like parts and descriptions.

A minimum of 8 years of experience in quality or reliability function

Work in a fast-paced technology company on projects that sometimes involve a lot of unknown or fast changing requirements

Lead and develop a team of quality and reliability engineers

Lead failure analysis initiatives while cross-collaborating with other departments

Write and oversee test plans related to failure analysis

Analyze data and consolidate test results to find root causes

Experience in testing practices, handling Code repository and test management tools. Preferable Git

Present strong knowledge of software development methodologies, practices, concepts, and technologies obtained through work experience.

To analyze and resolve problems of moderate to high complexity, requiring strong Test Automation, knowledge of systems and software technologies.

Strong partnering and communication skills in working with Business Customers and Technology team stakeholders.

Strong knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws.

Should have Minimum 8 years of test automation experience using Selenium / Web services.

Involved as internal auditor for ISO:9001:2015 process audits of the RS Quality Management Systems

Establishes new procedures and methods as required to meet manufacturing quality requirements.

Maintains Quality Control records and Certification files

Post Secondary education with a technical degree preferred

5 years related industry experience

Strong computer skills, using MS Office and specialized Engineering software such as Minitab

5-7 years of experience in engineering, quality control/assurance, product development or manufacturing

Manage software validation program (ISO 13485)

Manage and/or guide improvement projects within the organization (change agent)
