Your Opportunity
BDO Canada is looking for a Manager to join the Assurance team and own the following responsibilities:

• Plan, supervise, and execute assurance and non-assurance engagements for private or public clients while ensuring adherence to relevant professional standards and Firm policies
• Utilize industry and business expertise to anticipate, identify, and resolve issues that are pertinent to the client's business
• Manage Assurance & Accounting projects such as preparing financial statements, conducting due diligence procedures, providing capital-raising services, and collaborating on tax services for assurance and non-assurance clients.
• Continuously cultivate a portfolio of new clients and identify business opportunities for existing clients.

Your Experience And Education

• You must have a comprehensive understanding of IFRS and ASPE files
• You should have successfully completed your CPA designation
• You must demonstrate exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
• You should prioritize teamwork, client service, and quality while completing detailed work
• You should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in audit and assurance within the public accounting industry, with at least 1 year at the management level
