The key role of the Marketing Manager for Teachers is to strategize, plan and connect advocates to promote the brand and its products. You will drive customer adoption, engagement, and retention, by supporting the teacher program using a go-to-market strategy and key promotional campaigns.
Your Impact

• Establish and cultivate a strong community of brand advocates, customers, and partners to serve as brand ambassadors and educate users on the value of our product suite
• Create and execute advocacy campaigns, events, and programs to grow and drive customer engagement, promoting the brand and its products
• Develop compelling messaging and content that resonates with the teacher community and communicates the value of the brand and its products
• Develop and drive the advocacy strategy, collaborating primarily with the product team to integrate it as a cohesive brand and product experience
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, data, customer support, and others, to develop integrated marketing campaigns that connect programs and departments, helping educators and the program succeed
• Provide regular feedback and insights from the community to cross-functional teams to inform product development, marketing strategies, and customer support initiatives
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve community engagement and advocacy strategies

About You

• 7+ years of Marketing Experience and at least 2 years within product marketing
• Ability to travel within Ontario up to 10%
• Ability to travel to the U.S. up to 5%
• You have a degree, diploma or certification in Marketing, Communications or equivalent
• Experience creating and executing advocacy campaigns, events and programs
• You have community management experience
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
