JOB TITLE: PART-TIME , PERSONAL ASSISTANT

CONTRACT: 3.5 WEEK CONTRACT (Dates between July 11 – Aug 25)***

LOCATION: CALGARY (SW)

Your New Company:

Hays Specialist Recruitment has partnered with a property company based in SW Calgary. We are seeking a personal assistant to join their team immediately. This is a part-time from 8:30am to 12:00 pm for the following dates:

• July 11 to 13 (Tues to Thurs)
• August 9 to 10 (Wed/Thurs)
• August 14 to 25 (10 days)
• July 17 & 18 (Mon/Tues)

Your New Role:

You will perform administrative tasks٫ including managing phones and emails٫ scheduling appointments and planning meetings. You will support the company’s President and ensure day-to-day office operations run smoothly with duties such as:

• Assist the President with his daily organizational tasks and routine
• Arrange meetings
• Meet visitors and provide general support
• Manage e-mails, schedule appointments and organize his calendar
• Manage travel arrangements and reservations
• Review and organize regular correspondence

What you'll need to succeed:

• Excellent time management skills, ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• You will be available for all following dates: July 11 to 13 (Tues to Thurs) , July 17 & 18 (Mon/Tues) , August 9 to 10 (Wed/Thurs) , August 14 to 25 (10 days)
• Good practical experience with MS Office and particularly Outlook
• 3+ years' experience of working as a Senior Administrative Assistant
• Strong verbal, written and organizational skills
• Accounting background would be an asset
