Your Opportunity
BDO Canada is looking for a Junior Administrative Assistant to join our Lacombe office team on an 8 month contract.
This individual will be responsible for the following responsibilities:
  • General administrative duties including photocopying, scanning and mass mailings
  • Provide other clerical support as required
  • Provide ongoing administrative support to the Office Administration team
  • Assist with seasonal tax duties such as preparing and filing tax packages
  • Typing of correspondence and various documents
  • Quality management of paper and electronic files such as scanning and embedding documentation

Your Experience And Education
  • You have excellent written and oral communication skills
  • You value teamwork, client service, and quality in detailed work.
  • Minimum of 1 year of working experience in an administrative or similar role
  • You have the ability to work in a deadline-driven work setting and deal with confidential information
  • You have an Office Administration diploma or other relevant education an asset
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office computer programs (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • You have the ability to prioritize workload and the flexibility to manage multiple tasks
