Partnerships Manager Jobs

300,000 + 90,000… that is the number of people affected by Psoriatic Arthritis and Multiple Sclerosis in Canada, respectively. As the Partnerships Manager, you will be involved in high visibility projects with an impact on these 2 populations.
Overall, you will be responsible for managing projects in 2 different therapeutic areas.
Responsible for full NExUS project implementation and execution to achieve goal of increasing diagnosis in Psoriatic Arthritis and accelerating biologic treatment.
Responsible for implementation and execution of relevant biomarker projects in multiple sclerosis to achieve goal of accelerating the use of high efficacy therapies.
Specific Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Develop and execute the Go-to-Market project plan including all aspects of the Psoriatic Arthritis loaning program, training and education, HCP monitoring and assessment, tracking and project management
• Work closely with Strategic Partner team, and Medical as key contacts in execution phase
• Work closely with external stakeholders (for example, Clarius, Innodem) and other partners as key Novartis contact in planning and execution phase.
• Hold all teams accountable for milestones, KPI attainment, and budget management accordingly to project funding obligations timelines.
• Lead promotional effort: Develop internal and external training and communications materials and lead awareness building events.
• Establish regular reporting, project monitoring and updates as required by CDN leadership and region under project funding obligations.
• Reporting to Biomarkers Lead (Neuroscience)
• Ensure project is fully compliant and all internal (P3)/ external (IMC) are followed, documented and monitored.

Minimum Requirements

• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
• Established Project management experience, with PMP certification or similar preferred.
• Proven business acumen with entrepreneurial abilities and a passion to solve problems.
• Strong track record of analytical and strategic thinking with ability to define, build and carry forward with urgency highly visible project with internal and external stakeholders.
• Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
• Highly agile cross-functional leader to align across multiple internal and external teams, and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Bilingual: English and French.
