Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic, ambitious and very organized office administrator to join our co-working shared Law Office for Lawyers and Paralegals.


Required to actively organize and assist our team in building our business and forming long-term business relationships with tenants that will use the office to meet clients, conduct business and have a mailing address while supplementing working from home.


This position will involve assisting with organizing boardrooms and meeting space scheduling, organizing tenant mail, answering phones, greeting clients in a professional office setting, photocopying, faxing and scanning, drafting leases and also organizing tours and pleasantly interacting with tenants and clients.


The individual will possess basic computer skills, knowledge of how social media works, and excellent customer service skills.


This position is part time, 3 days per week.

Responsibilities

  • Provide office guests with a hospitable experience
  • Supervise the maintenance of office areas, equipment, and facilities
  • Manage the reception area and staff to ensure effective communication both internally and externally
  • Interact with IT, phone and building personnel as needed


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
