Job Description

We are looking for an individual to provide part-time support in our back-office business operations. The ideal candidate for this role should have a keen eye for detail, possess a strong work ethic, excel in multitasking, approach tasks with a positive mindset, and be adaptable in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain an efficient filing system for client projects and company information.
  • Assist the company's accountant with diverse accounting activities as necessary.
  • Offer additional administrative assistance to the consultant team as needed, such as scheduling interviews and arranging business travel.
  • Provide aid in recruiting administrative duties when required (scheduling, feedback, etc.).
  • Collaborate with the IT provider to ensure smooth execution of daily IT operations.
  • Oversee office facilities, including meeting rooms, kitchen maintenance, and overall office organization.
  • Support Managing Partners with various business-related tasks, such as coordinating meetings, organizing travel and accommodations, preparing timesheets and expenses, and aiding in meeting preparations.
  • Support corporate initiatives or special projects as they arise.
  • Liaise with facility and equipment vendors to ensure seamless operations.
  • Contribute to enhancing the company's knowledge management system (SharePoint).


Qualifications:

  • Eagerness to learn, a demonstrated passion for contributing to the company's success, and a proactive approach.
  • A minimum of 2 to 3 years of office administration experience, preferably within a client service context.
  • Friendly, enthusiastic, and energetic demeanor.
  • Capability to work independently, resolve issues, and complete tasks while maintaining exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and work quality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Sound judgment, adept problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • A University or College degree is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication abilities, both written and verbal.
  • Initiative and the ability to anticipate tasks proactively.
  • Skill in managing multiple tasks and prioritizing to meet deadlines.


Working Hours/Location:

  • This position requires the individual to work in-person at our office three days per week (no remote work)
