About the role:
We are seeking an individual who can provide part-time assistance in our back-office business operations. The ideal candidate for this role should possess strong attention to detail, high levels of energy, the ability to manage multiple tasks, a "can-do" attitude, and the ability to adapt quickly to working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
·Assist the firm’s Managing Partners with all business-related matters, including but not limited to, scheduling meetings, arranging travel and accommodation, preparing for timesheets and expenses, meeting preparations, etc.
·Manage office facilities including meeting rooms, kitchen, and general organization of the office.
·Work with the firm’s IT provider to ensure the smooth execution of daily IT-related operations.
·Works with the firm’s facility and equipment vendors to ensure seamless operations.
·Assist the firm's accountant in various accounting-related activities as required.
·Assist with various recruiting administrative tasks as needed (scheduling, feedback, etc.)
·Support the improvement of the firm’s knowledge management system (SharePoint).
·Maintain effective filing system of client projects and company information.
·Provide additional administrative support to the consultant team as required, i.e. booking interviews, arranging business travels, etc.
·Provide support for corporate initiatives or special projects as needed.
What you will bring:
·Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in office administration, ideally in a client service environment
·Ability to work independently to complete tasks and solve problems while maintaining excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and high quality of work
·Friendly, energetic, and enthusiastic attitude.
·Excellent organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written
·Sound judgment, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
·Initiative and ability to anticipate what may need to be done
·Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage priorities to meet deadlines
·Demonstrated passion and desire to learn and a willingness to contribute to company success
·University or College degree preferred
·Proficiency in a variety of Microsoft Office programs including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
Working Hours/Location:
·This role requires an individual who can work in-person at the Level5 office 3 days a week (no remote)
