Job Description

Adecco is currently hiring for a temporary, Part Time-Product Tester-I

for 06-month contract to work with one of our prestigious clients . This opportunity is Onsite role, with the central office in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.


Contract Type: Hourly, Part-time

Contract Length: 6 Months (Onsite)

Shifts: 5 days a week, 8:00 PM - 12:00 AM

Pay Rate:$26.55

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Accuracy Champion: Ensure precision in every step of the process. Thoroughly review and validate order details during pickups, meticulously adhering to instructions and providing feedback for process improvement.
  • Product Evaluation: Play a critical role in the testing phase of a new delivery process within the app. Execute delivery pickups and handoffs according to defined protocols while closely observing the product's performance and providing feedback.
  • Seamless Handoff: Collaborate seamlessly with designated couriers to ensure smooth and efficient handoff transitions.
  • As a Product Tester, the external contractor will be dedicated to testing and ensuring the functionality of a new product. Key responsibilities will include:
  • Communication Hub: Maintain open lines of communication with our operations team. Swiftly report any encountered issues, delays, or factors that could impact the product's performance.
  • Feedback Loop: Act as an essential feedback conduit. Thoughtfully document your observations, highlighting challenges, opportunities, and recommendations that can elevate the handoff experience and overall delivery process.


Qualifications:


  • Prior experience in restaurants/food services, delivery, logistics, or related roles is a plus.
  • Punctuality and reliability are essential to maintain the integrity of the testing process.
  • Strong communication skills to work harmoniously with couriers and restaurant staff.
  • Familiarity with local geography and layout is advantageous.
  • Keen attention to detail to uphold order accuracy and execute product evaluations effectively.
  • Ability to be on foot and walking throughout a shift to handle deliveries across the area of operation
  • Autonomous and able to manage time-sensitive tasks independently.
