Part Time Client Advisor, Yorkdale

OVERALL DUTIES:

The Client Advisor is responsible for sharing the methodology and DNA of the company to clients in order to drive sales, grow the base and sustain the brand.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Customer Service

• Actively builds client confidence by creating an engaging interactive experience
• Ensure customers’ needs are surpassed without hesitation.
• Maintain a positive outlook and professional demeanor while supporting company initiatives
• Consistently meets/exceeds both store and individual sales goals including KPIs
• Gain new clients, meet conversion goals and continues to service the existing client base
• Maximize the customer experience
• Resolves customer service issues swiftly

Staff Partnership

• Promotes a positive working environment through effective communication amongst peers, Management, and Corporate Office

Operations

• Consistently adheres to company policies and procedures
• Possesses working knowledge of POS system
• Accountable for protecting MaxMara assets and minimizing shrink
• Communicates all store-related issues to Store Managers when unable to solve them on their own
• Uses time effectively when not servicing clients
• Performs opening/closing duties as required

Store Visuals

• Is fully knowledgeable of the product
• Maintains a clean working environment and ensure the presentation of the product is consistent to the standard.

REQUIRED SKILLS/EDUCATION

• RTW and/or shoe experience is a plus; product experience in luxury or high-end retail is strongly preferred
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Proficient computer skills
• Minimum 1-3 years of Retail experience; luxury a plus
