At ChatterHigh, our operations are dynamic. As an Operations Assistant, you will work closely with several teams but be supervised by the Director of Operations. You will ultimately be responsible for partner support and database and office administration.
Partner Support
We strive to foster relationships with our partner content providers throughout the partner lifecycle. From the time a deal is closed right to the end of a contract your objective will be to support the needs of the partner and contribute to a renewal. Responsibilities include:
- Responding to partner questions and requests in a timely manner with top notch customer service
- Monitoring and ensuring contract requirements are satisfied using project management tool, Asana
-Providing partners with updates on campaign status and required content revisions
-Keeping accurate contact and company records through our CRM software, Hubspot
-Supporting lead generation for Sales by identifying new contacts and audiences to engage with
Database and Office Administration
The foundation of ChatterHigh is our platform that contains a wealth of consistently evolving content and data. You will provide database support by ensuring our data is accurate and contributing new content. Responsibilities include:
- Data entry and updating for various database records
- Researching and analyzing information for various projects
- Auditing, editing and writing quiz content
- Fulfilling a variety of office duties such as prize administration
We are looking for someone who:
-has experience and confidence communicating in written and verbal format
-has the ability to build rapport and collaborate with customers and team members
-has strong time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities
- is organized, detail oriented and accurate when carrying out tasks
-willingly takes ownership and accountability of their tasks
-is digitally savvy and at at ease working with large amounts of data and doing repetitive tasks
-has a positive and enthusiastic attitude with a motivated, results oriented mindset
Benefits
- A requirement for this position will be to live in Victoria and visit our Fort Tectoria office space for certain job duties but this position is hybrid and there will be some work from home flexibility.
