Manager: Global Procurement E2E Process & System Deployment and Management

• Position : Manager: Global Procurement E2E Process & System Deployment and Management

• Location : Canada & Costa Rica.

• Experience : 8+ Years.

Responsibilities:

→ E2E Process Improvement related work experience, preferably in Procurement (direct) and other Procurement operational experience in Pharma/Biotech industry. Finance, Supply Chain & Direct Materials experience is a plus,exp in project deployment.

→ Responsible for the Demand to Pay (Procurement) area, issue management and process stabilization.

→ Coordination ofall theProcurement solutions deployment (SAP S4H for Direct Procurement, GEP Nexxe for supplier collaboration, and GEP Smart for Indirect procurement)

→ Align/Monitor with the 3rd party partner the deployment activities.

→ All milestones and deliverables according to the project plan are on time and within the expected quality.

→ Adhered to the standard deployment methodology ensuring compliance with the approach, governance, cost and service level parameters.

→ The promotion and the deployment of the Global Template solution and potential deviations are handled according to the defined processes with the relevant development team.

→ Together with the Business Process Management and/or other teams, lead the successful execution of process workshops and alignment sessions with the sites.

→ All go-no-go criteria are met and approved by the relevant customer.

→ Conduct change impact analysis. Implement practical and sustainable processes aligned with the new system.

→ Analytical Problem Solving – Ability to identify problems, define problem statements clearly and accurately and apply structured and disciplined methodology to identify data-driven root causes. Innovative and effective in solution development, risk mitigation, and execution.

→ Identify & document potential process/system improvements. Ensure the system improvements are implemented or added to the system roadmap.

→ Execute/ lead/ partner on targeted operations activities that need to be completed to meet the project or are required per standard procurement operations (e.g. Clean/ update Master data, followup with Suppliers to drive a deployment/ change and other activities).

→ Ensure proper team setup and tasks assignments, including coordination with the deployment partner.

→ Provide input to the team member’s line manager in order to recognize contributions and to highlight areas of improvement.

Experience and Personal attributes:

→ Excellent communication skills, with demonstrated proficiency in influencing, negotiating, and effective global collaboration. Ability to effectively communicate across various levels of a complex, matrix organization.

→ Service orientation mindset to shape a high-quality and reliable project delivery service. Experience in a Business Operations environment is a plus.

→ Proven track record of efficient stakeholder management

→ Demonstrated ability to successfully direct, coordinate, and strategically integrate multiple streams of information and activities at a program level

→ You are a self-driven professional, adaptable and resilient, with a growth mindset

→ Digital savvy and process efficiency-oriented person

→ SAP S4H experience will also be appreciated

Qualifications:

→ University degree in Business or Industrial Engineering

→ Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification is a preferred

→ Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in a pharmaceutical setting
