• Oversee the production, management, and auditing of 3D models in collaboration with subcontractors and design

Manage the project Common Data Environment (CDE).

o Experience in BIM coordination or Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing.

o Hands-on knowledge of Revit and Navisworks

o Should have 5 – 15 years’ experience in Construction industry

Current CPR And Basic First Aid Qualifications

. Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture

. Completion of Construction Management Certificate Program or equivalent an asset

. Construction knowledge and/or related work experience an asset

. 5 years’ experience working with VDC/BIM related software, primarily Revit

. Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite, and a general understanding of MS Project/Primavera P6

Agile project management experience (Scrum/ Kanban environments) is an asset

Stakeholder management experience including senior executives is an asset

Work in partnership with one of our stakeholders to undertake and deliver change management projects and drive process improvements
