Myticas Consulting's Ottawa-based client is looking for a Deployment Coordinator for a long-term HYBRID contract. The consultant must possess a valid federal security clearance.

The Deployment Coordinator will provide coordination, scheduling, and logistics assistance and expertise for the printer fleet replacement initiative, working closely with the BPO, Field Operations Team Lead, printer vendor, and the client's site contacts across the country for the successful and on-time delivery of the initiative.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Have strong risk and schedule management skills.
• Project status reporting and stakeholder communication.
• Have proven ability working with internal and external partners, as well as vendors, in a customer service-oriented manner.
• Have excellent, clear, and concise communication skills, and proficient writing skills for the preparation of reports and presentations.
• Have strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications (Excel, Word, Outlook), MS Teams, and SharePoint.
• Coordinating and scheduling deployment activities and managing a multi-site IT deployment schedule.
• Project schedule maintenance and reporting.
• Have a strong ability to prioritize tasks, especially in situations with competing requirements.
• Have excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Have 3+ years of experience providing project coordination or IT-related deployment support, including;
• Have a good understanding of project management principles and best practices.
