Hands-on experience with electrical systems

Solid computer networking knowledge is preferable

Efficiently process orders upon receipt and keep stakeholders informed of progress

Assemble and pre-provision networking and hardware equipment according to project specifications

Coordinate with the inventory team following established operational procedures

Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent education.

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in internet backbone platforms and IP routing protocols

Good knowledge of Cisco products and traffic generation tools

CCNA or CCNP certification an asset

Carry out Internet backbone portfolio growth projects

Validate new products, solutions and software used in the Internet Backbone and ensure transfer to operations

Strong time management skills with proven sense of urgency to complete tasks and assignments.

Utilize your experience and knowledge for customer documentation development

Deliver an exceptional customer experience by maintaining contractual service levels

Maintain; or ability to attain, major vendor (HP, Dell, Lenovo, Lexmark, Xerox, etc.) certifications.

Comptia A+ Certification is an asset.

Have 3+ years of experience providing project coordination or IT-related deployment support, including;

Have excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.

Ability to manage project related “paper work” and finance details without admin level support

Minimum 2 years agency production experience

Experience in Broadcast & New Media production

Embed with our Software Engineering and Product Design teams to incorporate what you saw in the field into cross-Palantir product offerings

Experience with programming, scripting or statistical packages (e.g. Python, R, Matlab, SQL) is a plus

Go onsite and meet with customer analysts to understand the critical questions they need to answer and locate their biggest problems

Identify relevant datasets through deep engagement with customer problems and workflows

Work with Forward Deployed Engineers to integrate the data into a stable and extensible pipeline

Work with the customer to build customized workflows for new user groups

Ensure events are managed until resolution while adhering to Incident and SLA guidelines.

Develop solution requirements, design specifications & operational guidelines.

Establish necessary testing requirements to evaluate the proposed designs and to validate the technology platform or systems.

Technical Diploma/Degree or equivalent work experience (preferred).

Networking Certification preferred (CCNA, CCNP)

Advanced knowledge of installations, upgrades and troubleshooting in Unix/Linux and Windows environments

Extensive experience in Supply Chain Planning and/or Management

Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, time management and customer relationship skills

Responsible for developing product knowledge questions and scenarios for capability assessments and Certifications

Maintaining knowledge of Kinaxis applications, training techniques, and the supply chain planning industry

Minimum of 2 years experience in hands on implementation of our end-to-end RapidResponse solution for large, complex customer environments

Knowledge of analytics, dashboards, and scorecards

Strong time management skills with proven sense of urgency to complete tasks and assignments.

Maintain deployment schedules for all Mobile App Releases in market with priority from Market Product Manager

Facilitate teamwork between market stakeholders and global Release Managers for initiative and marketing timelines

Manages sprit planning, set sprint scope/schedules in alignment with Market Product Manager

Manages execution of market specific development with DAP teams under Product Engineering governance

Works with Market Product Manager to evaluate releases against quality gates for Go/No Go decision

Broad experience working with Agile methodologies and expertise in production deployment processes and continuous deployment best practices

Organization and time management skills. Ability to cope with fluctuating workloads and high stress situations

Analytical, technical and problem solving skills that can be applied to real world solutions

Familiarity with linux, python, and git based version control. Experience with cloud based technologies and databases is a plus

Basic mechanical and electrical repair skills. Are you a tinkerer?

Experience reading debug output and recording logs and information on software bugs

Experience in services or deployment engineering positions is a plus

Manage small and medium-sized Broadcast technology projects

Complete performance monitoring and review of system performance and communicate status updates to Manager

Maintain current knowledge of inner workings of equipment/systems, the connect points and interdependencies of all positions

Excellent working knowledge of current broadcast technical standards

Problem solving and troubleshooting skills

Knowledge of computer systems, networking topology and deployment and network security as asset
